It was clear that the council is converging toward a new pitcture of what journalism is, separating it from the traditional "control over the medium". So gatekeeper goes out, networker/facilitator etc comes in. This is where we left the discussion - in unity - for this time.<br /><br />I expect that the discussion on who the journalist will in due time extend into a discussion around the role of journalism in the modern innovation economy.
