If that is true, I'm surprised that people have taken so long to realize the potential of this amazing technology. On the other hand, things do take time to develop, and sometimes technology needs time as well, to catch up with our minds that can dream of ideas.
Anyhow, I really learned something new here.
Thanks.
Som.Som, GVO Conference Softwarehttp://gvoconferencereviewed.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26872242.post-48516233237004490272010-08-06T11:50:14.070-07:002010-08-06T11:50:14.070-07:00There is some irony in the fact that by not follow...There is some irony in the fact that by not following the crowd initially, the smaller/less power countries can gain more power. The police have insufficient evidence for a conviction, and, having separated the prisoners, visit each of them to offer the same deal. If one testifies for the prosecution against the other (defects) and the other remains silent (cooperates), the defector goes free and the silent accomplice receives the full 10-year sentence. If both remain silent, both prisoners are sentenced to only six months in jail for a minor charge. If each betrays the other, each receives a five-year sentence. Each prisoner must choose to betray the other or to remain silent. Each one is assured that the other would not know about the betrayal before the end of the investigation. How should the prisoners act?

Regards,
LolitaLolita the Lady of painted wine glasseshttp://lolitawineglassesdotcom.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-26872242.post-76004370356464982692010-07-30T21:02:46.998-07:002010-07-30T21:02:46.998-07:00We at www.schoolteachersalary.com are all over the...We at www.schoolteachersalary.com are all over the fact other countries legal systems are impartial to what needs to be done.
